1. What this service is
Waxahachie Tribal Loans ("we") operates waxahachieindians.com, a free editorial guide to tribal installment lending and state-licensed cash advances, together with a request form that forwards your inquiry to third-party lenders or a loan-matching network. We are not a lender, not a broker of record, not an agent of any lender, and not a tribe or tribal entity. We do not make credit decisions, issue loans, or receive loan applications.
2. No offer, no guarantee
Nothing on this site is an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. Availability, amounts, rates, and terms of any loan you are offered are determined solely by the lender, subject to that lender's underwriting and — for state-licensed products — state law. Approval is not guaranteed. Figures shown in our guides are legal ceilings computed from public statutes or typical market observations (labeled as such); they are not quotes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to submit a request. By submitting a form you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and that you are submitting it for your own account.
4. Consent to communications
By submitting a request, you agree that we and the lenders or partners in our network may contact you about your inquiry by email and, where you provide a phone number and consent, by telephone or text message, including through automatic dialing systems and prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time by using the opt-out provided in messages or by contacting us.
5. Compensation
We may receive compensation from lenders or the matching network if you take a loan after being routed from this site. This compensation never changes your price: licensed lenders are bound by state caps, and tribal lenders set their own published terms regardless.
6. Editorial content
Our guides are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Statutes change; while we re-verify data at least quarterly, we make no warranty that every figure is current. Confirm the binding terms in your loan agreement and with your state regulator.
7. Intellectual property
The text, design, code, and data compilations on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link; scraping, republishing in bulk, or framing the site without written permission is prohibited.

9. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this website (not from a loan, which is governed by your lender's agreement) shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ellis County, Texas.
